My experience

Good dentist but the receptionist was a bit rude. There were about 4 of them all staring. Felt a bit awkward. Good dentist though and thats the important bit.

Friendly and helpful staff.
Environment looked nice and was clean.
I had this appointment as an emergency! The staff were very friendly and helped ease a lot of my nerves. The problem was examined and good advice was given.
