A credit to the practice
Danielle the hygienist is always very friendly, helpful and gives lots of good advice. A credit to the practice. The reception team are also very friendly and happy to answer any questions.

My experience
Despite having had treatment and 2 check ups as an NHS patient, after today's appointment I was effectively informed aside from a long long wait for an appointment I would have to go private despite advertising as being NHS. Needless to say I am pretty disgusted with the whole situation, which is a shame as all the staff are great.

Emergency Treatment
I required emergency treatment very close to a holiday departure. As usual the Cheltenham House service kicked to ensure a pain free holiday. This is just anther example why I have found over the years their service to be nothing but excellent.
