I arrived 5 minutes early for my 9:15 am appointment this morning. In the week preceding my appointment, I received no less than 3 text messages and a phone call confirming 9:15 am. Despite this, your receptionist stated I should have arrived at 9 am and stated “We will do our best to fit you in at 9:30 am”. Good technique. When you make a mistake - blame someone else.

Cheltenham House Dental Practice
I have been coming to this Dentist, for years and years and every year it was very satisfaction. I had to come in a week ago to have my top teeth done. They have done a great job. The Dentist, explain everything to me. That was a good, really good. I have been coming to see the hygienist for years now. She does a great job to clean my teeth. Also the staff is very good, thank you very much. I will give you five stars for looking after me through the years. Thank you.
