Didn’t realise I booked with a dental therapist but overall happy with the appointment. Two points of feedback 1) Being the first appointment of the day it would have been good to start on time, was about 10 mins later than start time 2) receptionist was not welcoming at all and seemed like she hated her job, didn’t feel welcoming or cheerful at all

Emergency appointment today to repair crown. Given same day appointment . Treated with professionalism and empathy for my dental requirement. Even apologetic for the cost ! Did everything they could to fit me in for the second long appointment needed despite being fully booked up. Great rapport within the team which was great to see. Thank you !
