My dentist was fully booked, so casually phoned Cheltenham house dental practice and they managed to fit me in, I met a Greek dentist called Sotirius and a very nice Nurse called Sophie, they both friendly and able to make me feel comfortable even if I am a pain on the neck when it comes to see a dentist 🦷 I ended up having more work done and very happy about the results.
I fully recommend the dentist Sotirius for his capabilities and professionalism.
I hope that I won’t need anymore work done for a while but if I will need again will definitely go back.

Great Service. Dentist really made a great job of the Bridges on my teeth. The Dental assistant was really helpful too. The receptionists were also very friendly.

All round amazing dentist. Although appointments can sometimes be difficult to get you have to understand a dentist is a busy place so take the rough with the smooth. Everyone is always very polite and I’ve never had a bad experience whilst attending. Fully recommend.

I took my 3 kids and had a checkup myself. What a lovely experience. All staff were very welcoming, proffessional, skilled and accommodating........this is a great Practice with great people.

I've been a patient here for a number of years and happy to recommend. Always friendly and efficient service.
I see Danielle the hygienist every five or six months and she is brilliant. Not at all painful land my teeth feel and look much better after every visit.
Every dentist I've seen has been professional, friendly and consistent with their comments and advice for me, and they are the main things you want as a patient after all. I'm quite a nervous dental patient and if I've been managing to visit regularly for years, seeing a number of different dentists and a hygienist, then they must be doing something right.
Update for 2025: I saw Lauren the hygienist today for the first time and as usual for this practice, excellent! Shame about the big price increase for this year (around 10%) but it won't stop me coming here as always been happy, never had any issues.

Been going here for about 5 years. Two years ago was treated by a horrible female dentist who treated you like a naughty child. She left and I was very happy with the new dentist. Check ups were spread further and further apart. Last month I got an email to say my 10 month appointment due next week had been cancelled. When I asked why I was told the dentist was going on holiday. I have heard nothing since regarding another appointment.
Couldn't find another NHS dentist so gave them another chance. What a difference. Treated with respect by all staff and the new dentist I saw was very gentle and encouraging. Would now recommend them without hesitation.

I recently visited and found the staff to be lovely I was worried about going during the Pandemic but was really put at ease. I saw Dr Maria and I found her to be kind, considerate and was very pleased with my treatment.

Popped into the practice last week, and was greeted with polite, kind, well presented reception staff, The reason for my visit was to find out if the practoce was taking on new NHS patients, and the answer was YES, which was a relief. I registered my husband straight away and booked him in an appointment at the end of next week with a dentist. I had been trying to find a dentist for s while in Cheltenham and they have all closed there books. But Cheltenham House could. The practice is fresh, modern and calm. I highly recommend people to register here. 😊 Thank you Cheltenham House
