Cheltenham House Dental Practice

Made an appointment to be registered here and the lady I spoke to was pleasant and professional.

I visited for the 1st time this week! I was petrified of the dentist until visiting Cheltenham House Dental Practice, I had never seen a dentist before who made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Everything was explained to me in the way I could’ve asked for. I am very much looking forward to all the new and exciting things that will be happening at Cheltenham House Dental Practice and cannot wait to visit again in the future! Thanks again to the team for helping me conquer my fear!

Been a patient here for a few years. Absolutely useless dentist. Can only ever fit you in for a '15 minute appointment'. Then make a 'treatment plan' and organise subsequent appointments which are then duly cancelled, sometimes only minutes before. I can't keep booking time off work for appointments to be cancelled.

Also, when I actually do manage to get in to get a problem fixed, I seem to have 2 more problems crop moup within months, which then need another '15 minute assessment'

Website says opening times are 8.00am, but phone lines don't open till 8.30. another half hour wasted.

Not even worth the effort of becoming a patient. Only giving 1 star, because I can't give 0

Edit: Maria is a new dentist here and had fixed all of my problems that went sorted before. Excellent dentist and no cancelled appointments. Much improved - thank you and keep up the good work

Very good dental practice.

Excellent service and helpful staff

I was able to get emergency treatment from Phill for my wisdom tooth. I have been in agony for weeks & he took it out there and then. Was uncomfortable but Phill & Lauren were absolutely amazing and I cannot thank them enough for explaining things to me & being so so lovely. Receptionists were also very kind. Thank you so much.

No problems with unanswered phones, call answered within a short time, and appointment arranged for the same day. I rang back later to check time and again very quick response. Reception staff friendly and helpful, dentist was great, I am a whoose and he was very patient.

Always greeted with a smile by the staff, and I believe it to be much more organised now. It’s easier and quicker to get appointments and the staff seem a lot less stressed now. Would recommend!

Fab dentist practise. Staff are always happy and pleasant, and clearly whatever new systems have been put into place are working. Much more efficient and thorough service when booking appointments, and always greeted with a smile.

I had an appointment today and on arrival I explained to the 2 young girls on reception how nervous I was feeling. They both happily talked me through what I should expect in terms of the treatment which was very good of them and helped me to relax a little before I was called in. Before the dentist started my treatment she explained what would happen, which again helped me to relax a little more. After the treatment was over I really don’t know what I was so worried about as the whole experience was as they explained from start to finish.
I would recommend anyone who is nervous about visiting the dentist to try this dental practice as they really do care for you.

Receptionists were helpful and really friendly. The service was excellent, on time and thorough. Would highly recommend this Dentist practice.

had tooth pain all weekend and the practice managed to do a temporary filling christmas eve - thank you so much ! i found both the receptionist and dental staff pleasant and professional. the online booking does not work though and the site needs to make that clear.

I and my family are with the practice over 5 years, Dr Stefan is amazing, very delicate. He always explains every details of procedures. We never had any problems to book appointment.

Recently moved to Cheltenham and needed a dentist for my wife and I as we believe in preventive dentistry for good oral health. Checked around the area and decided on this practice. The best decision we could have made. Two appointments were made for my wife and I to have one after the other. Our dentist is called Alex and he was brilliant, one of the best dentists I have had over my life time and I am 64. Brilliant patient manner which put me totally at ease straight away. Unhurried attitude to check my teeth properly and ask relevant questions regarding general and oral health, he was wonderful, and his assistant male nurse who was very attentive as well. My wife was next after me and she had the same excellent treatment Alex putting her at ease and explaining everything as well... she came out with a smile on her face saying what a lovely dental appointment that was as he was so gentle and caring. I can only recommend this practice to anyone who needs a good dentist with a marvellous patient attitude and excellent customer service with the receptionists as well.

I like the practice as Sasha my dentist is highly skilled and I feel like I get good treatment with good advice. 4/5 - needs a lick of paint and some styling to feel comfortable etc.
