Exceptional treatment

Outstanding
The level of customer service and professionalism is outstanding in every encounter I have had with Severn Dental Care. Made to feel like a human rather than a patient. If only every care provider was trained to this level. The building interior is very comfortable and inviting too.

Ben my dentist, was absolutely superb. So gentle yet extremely professional when doing my treatment. Ben also gave me a scale and polish which was amazing. Lovely guy who I would highly recommend. Reception staff are lovely too and very welcoming. Lovely clean and bright building too.

I have always had an issue with the dentist. Absoulty terrified. The staff make you feel so relaxed and are so friendly. Had to have a tooth out recently, was so scared i was shaking, but didn't feel anything, it was done so quickly. They have all been superb. Best dentist i have ever been to.
