A huge thank you to Rhodri, his assistant Emily and the Severn Dental team! After hiding my teeth for many years it’s been life changing to finally be able to smile properly. Rhodri’s work with resin is exceptional and he spent as long as necessary to ensure he got my teeth looking as he’d envisioned. I’m extremely happy with the result and thoroughly recommend him and Severn Dental!

Im absolutely terrified of dentists. Went today for 1st time in i don't know how long. They were so understanding and helpful. Have to go back again for treatment that was very clearly explained to me!! Am NHS payment but that didn't matter to them!! Thank you for easing my panic!! Am slightly less terrified now 😅 🙃

Made me feel at ease
My dentist was called Ben, he was very comforting and made me feel at ease as soon as I walked into the room. He was very efficient, told me exactly what was happening and what would happen if the treatment failed in the future and the next procedure that would be required if it did. I am an anxious patient and he was very good at his job with his calming nature and efficiency

All the staff were respectful
As a very nervous patient I was put completely at ease. All the staff were respectful and the dentist explained everything from the views in the x-ray to what treatments were available.
