An easy experience for returning to NHS Dentistry after a gap of 3 1/2 years. Despite works going on in the unit at the moment,the Reception area is very welcoming. The Front of housestaff were helpful and respectful, when entering the surgery it was clean and the dentist was polite reassuring and introduced himself and what seems like a fairly new dental nurse to me in a calm and professional manner. I was very pleased with the service and especially pleased as the Dentist was able to make another appointment there and then. Rather than it going back to the reception staff and then misinterpreting the ongoing needs of the patient One thing, I would mention not for me but may affect wheelchair users is the positioning of the iPads would be too high for somebody with accessibility issues

Lovely modern clean dental practice. Helpful friendly professional staff members that greet you with a smile. Felt I had a though examination and my thoughts were taken into account on my future dental plan. This was my first visit to Severn dental with many more planned
over the next few months. Hopefully by the end of my treatment I should have a brighter smile . Many thanks to Cameron and his team for their services and care.
