First impressions are fantastic! Dentist (Cameron) was clear and positive. Listened carefully and advised regarding my move from a private practice back to my NHS place.
Receptionist (lovely lady with blonde hair) sorry I didn't catch her name. Was lovely Everytime I rang them. Welcoming and really helpful and knowledgeable about setting my son up with a new place with them.
Best first experience with a dentist.

I arrived and the office looked well maintained. There was a slight delay (just 5 minutes) which wasn’t a big deal and then I was called in, introduced to my dentist and he examined my teeth, gave me a summary and then sent me off. Very polite and helpful.

This dentist is amazing. The receptionists were lovely and helpful and the dentist and the dental assistant were very good with me as I’m not great with dentist, both were amazing with me, would come back, 10/10

Simple follow up for a "scrape & polish", no pain or discomfort. Friendly, polite staff. Bang on time, no waiting. £103 though, on the NHS for a check up & scrape & polish. I thought both were "Band1" = £27.40 for each...?? Would be good to have a clear pricing / tariff board on display in the reception area.
