So gentle
I have always been very anxious when visiting the dentist. This stems back to my childhood days when I had several traumatic experiences. This has now changed having been a patient of Ian’s for the past 10 years. He makes me feel relaxed and is so gentle with his approach to any treatment I have received. He talks through every stage of any procedure that I require. The other staff are always so friendly and chilled, again making the visit a positive experience. Thank you to the team

Really good experience at Severn Dental again today. Reception staff helpful and very friendly. Both dentist and nurse put people at ease and take the fear away (and I'm one of those people who spend about a week before the visit dreading it)

Friendly and helpful
This was my first visit to Severn Dental. I found the Receptionist friendly and helpful. I don’t usually get told how long I can expect to wait. The dentist was efficient and we discussed a particular issue in a helpful way. I was able to register my husband - something I hadn’t expected to be able to do. All in all a satisfactory visit.
