Helen, the receptionist was extremely kind and understanding when I had to cancel my appointment due to heart problems. My appointment with Dr Rhodri Thomas went well and I am very happy with my "new" teeth. Dr Thomas made me feel at ease and reassured me throughout my appointment. I am a happy patient
