Recent appointment
I am not a namby pamby and I know that injections have to be done but I think that my last treatment was quite harsh. I was clearly in pain but the dentist kept pushing the needle in. At one point I felt I was being pushed through the chair. I am still experiencing sore gums, nose and lips. I think that he could have been a little gentler

Felt relaxed and comfortable
Very professional and friendly. Give good advice and explained my current teeth and gums health and what I can do to improve them. Had scale and polish done on my last visit and felt relaxed and comfortable during the process.

First time at this dental service was an emergency and was given appointment same day. Very professional receptionist who was warm and welcoming. When the dentition called me into the room she made me feel at ease and explained everything she was doing from xray to extracting my tooth which i couldnt believe she removed it so easily both were very caring and made sure i felt well before i left. I had good quality service with a smile thankyou x
