We don't seem to get these excellent standards from reception through to the dental care any more but this practice is absolutely first class.

Lovely dental practice
I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door and helped with everything.
Cameron my dentist was fabulous, explained everything even the prices and another appointment booked for 2 weeks to have the work completed
Cannot fault the whole service

Very pleased with my treatment

As ever, very very pleased with my treatment. Ian & Tina have been looking after me for years - I first visited as a very nervous patient - I have grown to trust them and have every confidence in their ability to offer the best advice & treatment.

Discussion of dental issue, clear explanation of what treatment paths are possibly available. Xray taken/ detailed explanation of Xray findings, prescription given, fully explained about AB effects...very impressed from start to finish...to quote Arnie..'I will be back' .

10 years on and I recently had the pleasure of re-visiting Severn Dental (former name The Smile Lounge) and was attended by Ian. From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Ian’s professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for his patients is always evident throughout.

Ian made me feel comfortable and at ease, which is particularly important for someone like me who often feels anxious about dental visits.
