Had to have an emergency dental examination, been travelling and the pain had been with me for over a week so it needed to be seen. Got an appointment the same day and at 3.15 filled in all the forms, 3.20 in the chair 3.35 examination complete, problem identified abscess on a loose tooth, extraction completed. In my car at 3.40. The hole it left felt like the size of a golf ball and it hurt like hell and bled for the next four hours. So how do I rate it, two hour after not impressed because of pain and excessive bleeding but now its stopped both pain and bleeding I guess it was a job brutally done!

Made me feel at ease
Came in as an emergency with a filling that had come out. I was treated with respect and everyone was polite. The dentist was very mindful of my anxiety and made me feel at ease.

So amazing
I was so scared to get a filling and extraction today. The dentist and nurse were so amazing and kind I can’t thank them enough. I still need a root canal but I know thy will explain everything to me as we go.

Had to have a replacement filling with the dentist, Steven today. He was brilliant. Made me very relaxed and comfortable, he was very gentle (which is saying something with my small mouth and teeth close together!) and it was the easiest and least stressful treatment I have ever had. Thank you. Fully reccomend...ask for Steven!

Calm, clear
Cameron was very calm. Knowing I was a nervous patient. He taught me box breathing. And ask me to use it during my examination and x-rays. It helped me a lot. His explanation of my treatment programme was very clear and he put it in simple terms to help me understand. I now feel relaxed about my treatment.
