Just had my wisdom tooth taken out at Severn Dental and it's easily the best dental experience I've had. The staff are kind, welcoming, informative and professional. They explain everything that will happen in detail so you can prepare accordingly and communicate incredibly well while showing compassion. Great dental practice, would definitely recommend.

Annoying when one fills out the form three days prior to appointment then have to re-do as your system has not picked it up.
The staff however were lovely as I was going in to autism melt down over the form, new room, new people etc. Cameron gave a full explanation of how's and why's which was very much appreciated, thank you

I couldn’t be more impressed
I recently had an appointment at Severn Dental Clinic and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of professionalism I experienced. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, polite, and highly organised. The dental team took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the appointment. Their attention to detail and genuine care really stood out. I actually had an option on what I wanted to happen today, filling or a different tooth removed, I was informed about what was going to happen all the way through which is not something I have usually had with my last dentist , well done to you all. See you soon for the filling

My appointment with Nicky the hygienist this morning was great. Nicky was extremely friendly, listened to everything I had to say, she explained everything she was going to do, explained where she thought it might hurt but it was pain free. The best hygienist I have been to. I would definitely recommend using Nicky especially if you are nervous of hygienist
