Absolutely incredible
It was my first time at this practice. I visited this practice after a previous dentist left a root in my mouth following an extraction. Unfortunately, this led to me ending up in A&E. After that experience, I was placed on a waiting list to be referred.
By the time of my appointment, I was understandably anxious and still worried about the situation.
From the moment I arrived, Cameron and Mia were absolutely incredible. They were calm, compassionate and extremely professional throughout.
They explained everything clearly, reassured me at every stage and handled the procedure with great skill and care. What had been a very stressful and upsetting experience turned into a positive one thanks to their kindness and patience.
I am truly thankful for the care I received and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist who is both highly skilled and genuinely caring.
