I find the practice extremely friendly, and nothing is too much for them to do. It is great to receive a text reminding you of your appointment. I have used various dental practices in the UK and I find Sync Dental Chertsey to be the best in my mind

I was seen on time for an inspection by Mr Marsh, who has been my Dentist for many years. He took time to discuss with me, at my request, potential options for replacing my front crown. This was followed up promptly by an email with a proposed treatment plan that I will be progressing with in the New Year. Thank you Mr Marsh.

As always, my dentist Mr Marsh (Phil) & his assistant Izzy, has given excellent care & service. I have been seeing Mr Marsh every 6 months at this practice for decades, I will not see anyone else. The practice is scrupulously clean & all the staff are always friendly, courteous & very professional from the reception ladies to the dental assistants.

Having a major phobia of dentists, this dentist was great. Very friendly, understanding and helpful.
Didn’t once brush off my phobia or concerns regarding treatment.
Treatment is ongoing and I will return unlike other dentists I’ve had in the past.

I was absolutely worried about going to the dentist because of a bad experience. But since coming to Sync and being treated by Natasha and her team I have had fantastic treatment done with kindness and caring people. I now have the confidence to come to the Chertsey practice and my mouth and teeth feel so much better and I will after a lot of years not going to the dentist will be coming back to Natasha if I have a problem.
