Ten out of ten
Everyone so pleasant and helpful which makes for a good atmosphere. Very efficient dentist who explains treatment at every stage. I have never been kept waiting for more than a few minutes. Altogether, ten out of ten.

Makes me feel so relaxed
The fact that Lydia remembered that she had complimented me on my hair on my last visit 4 months ago, given that she has probably seen hundreds of people since. Shows how she takes a personal interest in her patients. I suffer with anxiety but Lydia makes me feel so relaxed, I hope she stays with this practice for many years.

I was extremely impressed
Customer service was exceptional, everything that could be done to assist me getting an emergency appointment was done. On arriving at the dentist was asked if I was ok then when seeing the dentist she herself and her assistant were very considerate asking throughout my treatment if O was ok. The work that was carried out was exceptional, very thorough with a very pleasing outcome for myself. On the whole experience I was extremely impressed with service I received.

Extremely pleased with the treatment
Both myself and my husband were extremely pleased with the treatment we received. We felt that Neil had done a very thorough job, explaining exactly what was happening.
Both Neil and his nurse were very pleasant and efficient. Overall we were very satisfied.

They were amazing
Both the dr and his assistant were amazing, I suffer terribly for anxiety, and they were amazing when I had an anxiety attack, they were both very professional and caring. The work they did was really good and overall good result.
