Emergency appointment
First spoke to surgery from holiday - was in pain due to gum abscess. Told to phone for an emergency appointment when back in UK. Did this and was given option to have antibiotics and return for teeth extraction or have two teeth extracted immediately. Chose latter and now started healing process. Grateful that could be done quickly.

I think that Ryan needs to give patients time to swallow their saliva and catch their breath before he goes on to the next round of drilling. He also held the silver mirror a tad tight on my lip, it hurt more than the drill. A little less pace and a tad more patience would be appreciated.

Due to a cancellation, I was offered an earlier appointment time which was a bonus for me. The dentist and assistant were excellent at making me feel at ease and doing their job. I left the dentist feeling happy.
