Very pleasant and very professional

The dentist and dental nurse were both very pleasant and very professional. Everything was explained in detail in easy-to-understand language. The receptionist was also very nice.

Explained everything fully to me

First time at the practice and as a nervous patient I was put at ease. From the reception staff, dental nurse and dentist everyone was friendly and explained everything fully to me.

Neil has a good 'bedside' manner and talks through everything he is doing. Listening means I'm concentrating on what he is saying, not what he is doing.
