I came as an outpatient with a tooth abscess, the dentist I saw treated me so gently as I told her I was frightened to be seen by a dentist and of course I was in pain too, she was very nice and treated me with antibiotics and I'm to go back in a week's time for root extraction and I don't feel to worried as I feel I'll be in good care, so definately feel more settled with my nerves.

Like most people I don't like the dentist, but here my dentist always makes me feel relaxed, so I have no problem in going.

Lydia is the best dentist I have ever had and I’ve had a few good ones. I can’t speak highly enough about her. She’s a brilliant dentist, but also a lovely lady who is so kind and down to earth.

Ellesmere Port Dental Practice - Your recent appointment
Absolutely disgusting. I explained id been to Turkey for dental work not yet finished but ive got an abcess in my mouth. So called 111 explained everything regarding the dental work & she referred me to Ellesmere Dental Practice. When i arrived the dentist completely refused to help me, you could clearly see i had an abcess. I asked would she be able to prescribe me antibiotics & she flat out said no. So no duty of care.
This was my original dentist who made the mistakes hence my reason i went to Turkey for treatment.

Today I had an emergency appointment to see Mr Daniel Shah, following an X-ray , and examination, Daniel advised me that I needed a surgical extraction because my tooth was infected.
Kate , the dental nurse made me feel so relaxed throughout the whole procedure. She was amazing and Daniel the dentist was fantastic. I was not in any pain whatsoever throughout the procedure which was completed successfully in no time.
From the moment you walk in, you feel welcome. The dentist is absolutely brilliant."
