Disappointed that not told dentist was running late when booked in, totally understand that this can happen but was waiting for over half an hour and had to ask. Assistant did apologise for wait when called me in.
Very satisfied with treatment and service received by dentist and then when paying and booking next appointment.

My recent visit to the dental practice was overall fantastic. The receptionist and front-of-house staff were very friendly and gave a warm welcome. My dentist, Neil, was outstanding—he made me feel very at ease, explained everything in detail, and did excellent work on my teeth. I would highly recommend this practice!
