Emergency appointment
Had an emergency, called 1st thing in the morning. The lady who took my call was lovely, she called me back and was seen in an hour. The appointment went well needing a filling which was done there and then.

Lovely dentist
As a fairly nervous patient I was made to feel completely at ease by all of the team that I met. The dentist I saw, Vijaya Laxmi, was lovely and very clear on the treatment plan and why it was needed. I left feeling very happy and confident to attend my next appointment.

Mrs Natalie Cherie Hadgett & her lovely lady assistant, so sorry I don’t know your name but I actually love going to the dentist because they are such lovely people, make me feel at ease, I ask questions and they always have the answers!! Amazing! I would 110% recommend my dentist to anyone!!

Really really nice people from receptionist to nurse to dentist. They are all professional and will do all they can to treat you in the best. Few people like going to the dentist but going to the Ellesmere Dental Practice is going to be the best you’re going to get. I travel 45 miles for an appointment and it’s worth the effort.

Amazing dentist
The lady who I saw today was standing in for Keira my usual Dentist. I think she's called VJ. I've seen her once before when Keira was off and I think she's absolutely amazing. She sorted the filling that has fallen out on numerous occasions when Keira had put it back in. Anyway it's still in after AJ put it back in about 9 months ago. So today I came in for my 6 month check up and I saw VJ again. So today she sorted out an old filling that was really rough to touch and now its super smooth. She's an actual Super Star. Amazing Dentist.
