An amazing dentist
My dentist is called Cherie who is an amazing dentist and I really feel like I am getting a high quality service when I visit, I also would like to mention the receptionist Sarah who goes above and beyond and nothing is ever too much trouble, the practice should be very proud of the staff they have, well done Ellesmere Port.

The best care and guidance
Today I had the best news that I had no sign of any gum disease. With regular appointments being kept and receiving the best care and guidance from my dentist Cherie has got me to where I am today. This was the best Christmas present! Thank you so much, lovely, for everything!!!

My experience
I came out of my appointment really upset. The lovely young receptionist with blond hair could see I wasn’t happy. I said I’d felt like I was a massive inconvenience to the dentist and I was making her very cross. When I first went in I explained how anxious I was about having the needle, she just said, very unfriendly “you will be fine”. I had to stop when she started my filling, I said I was in pain. Her words were “oh is it your jaw” which I have an ongoing problem with. I wasn’t going to leave feedback but I’ve come home and reflected on what happened. I am under the doctors for depression and waiting for counselling so yes I’m in a bit of a mess at the moment. Just feel a bit let down the way I was treated today. But what a credit to you the receptionist is I forgot to get her name.

Visited a new dentist at this surgery as my old dentist moved. I must say how impressed I was with his friendly manner and he explained everything he was doing or going to do. Very thorough. Would recommend this practice.

The staff are very friendly, but the dentist keeps going off sick which is always on a Tuesday, we have had numerous last minute cancellations which is not ideal, if you have a problem outside your appointment they can never get you in, not enough Dentists working there. So not the happiest patient.

My experience
Staff are very friendly and helpful, however the problem is the amount of cancellations that occur, on the day, due to sickness by dentist. My wife and I have had 2 cancellations on this last 6 monthly check up, and finally got an appointment today (31st Dec).
On our previous check up at beginning of the year we received 3 cancellations, all at last minute due to dentist sickness.
If we cancelled, last minute, we would probably be struck off the register.

Emergency appointment
The dental practice fitted me in with an emergency appointment within a couple of days of my enquiry. Got there, straight in, and they did a temp filling, stopping my pain straight away. Got a follow appointment early Jan to do a proper filling. Excellent service & staff. Thank you very much.
