Lydia is a lovely dentist, as someone who hates going she puts me at ease and explains everything to me.

Appointment

Was seen 1 hour late without no apologies from the dentist and assistant, who were also rude and discussed/moaned in my presence why I was added on to their list last minute. My appt was booked a couple of days ago.
The dentist's demeanour was not only unprofessional but also poor in service delivery.
If she treats paying customers/clients/patients like this, then I feel sorry for the NHS patients.
