Put my son's anxiety at ease
My son has a condition on his enamel on his teeth. Neil explained and answered questions. He is a lovely man. He put my son's anxiety at ease. Also, the dental nurse (an older lady) was so kind and spoke to my son before he went in as she saw how nervous my son was. He has autism and struggles. It made it a very pleasent experience. Plus my son got a sticker from the receptionist!

Ellesmere Port Dental Practice
Had to have an extraction of a back tooth. I was quite anxious as I've never had this done before, it didn't help that I was waiting for 25 minutes before being called in, my heart was pounding. The injections hurt a bit but the extraction was perfect, thanks Ryan.

Urgent dental treatment
The urgent treatment was arranged by the receptionist for me to attend within 45 minutes and was seen by a dentist who carried out a very thorough examination and prescribed antibiotics to clear up my infected gums.

Outstanding firm, educational and supportive
Having found a wonderful dentist I was reluctant to see anyone else for my care . However I appreciate how difficult it can be when there is sickness; a constant battle with reorganisation of appointments etc
The reception staff have been remarkable dealing with the situation and had encouraged me previously to see a locum
On my last appointment the staff were so understanding and sweet and assured me that Vijay was lovely , main thing is I trusted the reception staff that’s a serious one
Trust in care is what it’s all about and sadly people have lost some faith in services . You are highly commended and Vijay in that short window of time, put my mind and gums in safe care

We are not poor in cash through any fault of our own, we have had very unhappy circumstances, I tell you this purely because I hate to have to have to ask the cost we should be able to afford the care at this stage in our lives, that’s what makes it so difficult when you have both worked so hard all your life
