Prompt and efficient
On time, prompt and efficient. Very friendly and welcoming staff at both reception and in the surgery.
Next appointment was arranged very quickly and a text was sent straight away.
A great example of how well the NHS dentist service can be ran despite all government pressure to favour private dentists.
Nice goldfish too!

Positive experience
Neil has a good 'bedside manner'. He explains what he is doing as treatment is administered, which I find reassuring. He makes sure that one is comfortable and allows swallowing time/rinse etc. When necessary.

Emergency tooth problem
The practice got me in as an emergency with no problem. Thank you, just been in to see Cherie. She explained everything and took time with me. I truly appreciate how Cherie's takes her time.

Good Dentist
Given the brief that my appointment was running a little behind, I’m fine with that.
Appointment with dentist is always informative.
Only gripe is that when the take over happened perhaps a letter/ text to all patients on your system would have been useful to keep nhs patients already on your books, we had a very long stretch during & pre pandemic where we couldn’t get in for check ups. Whilst I fully understand your practice has not enough dentists. I’m just a little put out for family members that are now not with you anymore and that most likely not able to join back again with a waiting list as long as the one you have.

Relief!
Painless extraction of Large, problematic molar. Professional and friendly treatment, advice and aftercare. Much less pain and discomfort than expected. Payment/charge could’ve been explained prior to treatment though.
