Very disappointed
My dad is 83 and losing his sight due to Dry macular degeneration disease . He's been a customer of the dentist for a long time but unfortunately missed 2 appointments due to not being able to see his appointment on his phone and was consequently removed from the NHS list , I have requested that they reconsider this decision based on his loss of sight, age and genuine reason for missing his appointments and that we as a family are making sure all appointments are met ……I have not received a reply.
I have to say that I’ve been a customer for over 30 yrs and never had a problem ,the girls are great and can’t fault them ,but I do think since the new owners have taken over that the management don’t take any consideration for the customers of any age and their life changing situations

Excellent for people who are nervous
The receptionist when I went in was very welcoming, kind and polite. The dentist I saw and the dental nurse were both friendly, put me at ease and the dentist explained everything he did before treatment and what to do for the aftercare. Excellent for people who are nervous going to the dentist.
