I was seen on time
I broke a tooth. Having made an initial appointment, I subsequently received a call offering me an earlier slot, due to a cancellation by another patient. I was seen on time and received appropriate treatment.

I was very apprehensive and embarrassed when I first visited but the dentist and her nurse put me at ease, talked me through my options and reassured me
