Excellent service
I visited the surgery today the service I received was excellent, the Dentist I saw Ashraf Choksi came and met me in the reception ( which I thought was a nice touch). He then explained clearly the treatment and plans for the future then asked if I had any questions or worries, he also enquired about some physical health issues which I thought was a nice personal touch as to me it meant it was personal taking an interest in the person. This might not work for everyone but I thought it was a nice gesture, he was pleasant and polite. An excellent service and visit.

Not long to wait.
Sophia came to collect me, apologised for running a few mins late for my appointment.
Explained what was going to happen on this visit.
I'm a nervous person and I did feel at ease.

Brilliant dentist, caring and patient.
Isaac is an absolutely brilliant dentist. I am so fearful of the dentist and with having ME and fibromyalgia I feel pain at the merest touch, but Isaac told me what he was about to do and so gentle at giving me the anaesthetic I hardly felt the needle. He also waited until the gums were numb before he started work on my teeth. Afterwards he gave me advice on what to avoid eating on the teeth he had been working on.
So very pleased. I really hope St George’s keep him on.

Never go in on time
My appointment was at 8:10am, I only went in at 8:25am. Never once since attending this dentist have I ever been in on time. It’s very annoying.

Amazing experience
Absolutely wonderful experience. I was treated with the utmost respect and friendliness. I cannot find fault at all with any of the staff. From start to finish my experience was amazing.

Had to wait 15 mins after my appt time...but thats pretty expected with docs/dentist visits...but clearly something to work on. Like that every patient is called and welcomed. One young lady, a small blonde lass was totally charming with an older couple...first class customer service and I'm sure would place nervous patients at easy 10/10 for her. Dentist and assistant spot on...thank you. Receptionists efficient but not overly welcoming or friendly. They did absolutely nothing wrong but they (on this visit) did not reflect the friendly and warm feeling of the other folks and the practice as a whole. My feedback is to assist not to criticise. A really good visit all round. Thank you.

Check-up
The reception staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. Although I waited over half an hour for my appointment, I was told of a delay when I arrived. My appointment was quick and the dentist was very friendly and informative. I had a very positive experience and all the staff I spoke to could not have been more friendly and helpful.
