Non committal interchange at reception
Treatment was fine but the receptionists, both of them, did not engage.
I had to wait several moments before either of them looked up, they were both looking at screens but not actively doing anything .
The young lady who greeted me did not make eye contact, did not really look at me. On giving my name she checked her screen and said yes without looking back up to me.
When I paid the other young woman did not look at me, just said the price and directed the payment machine towards me. She did say thank you but didn't look at me.
It often feels very impersonal at the reception desk...this time was the worst.

Hygiene Appointment
Lovely hygienist, who spent time explaining the procedure and how to improve the cleaning technique especially in relation to my implants. My first hygiene appointment ever!

The staff are always very friendly and courteous, on arrival and my dentist Isaac listens carefully and offers solutions to any concerns, alongside thoroughly examining all aspects of dental care
