Nicest Dentist i've ever had
I'm relatively new to this practice, I had my first treatment today both the dentist and nurse were lovely, the staff on the reception are kind and inviting.

Earlier appointment due to cancellation
Offered me a cancellation appointment several weeks earlier than my scheduled appointment. I'm scared of the dentist so less time to worry about an upcoming appointment. Really appreciate you offering me an earlier date to help with the stress.

Jennifer and Amy both made me feel at ease with every appointment, from the moment I was called in from the waiting area to leaving. I can’t speak highly enough of them, caring, friendly and always informed me of everything they were doing. I am so pleased with the outcome and also helped to restore some lacking confidence. I am more than grateful for everything Jennifer did. You restored much more than you think.

This was an emergency appointment. I had never met Shennaz. I was incredibly anxious as i was informed that my molar tooth had to be extracted. Shennaz gave a very clear explanation of the procedure to me, how it might and might not go. She was very patient with me as it took some time so that the area was rassuringly numb. I was literally shaking with fear and anxiety but she explained as we went along, she was gentle, very kind and i would like her to be my dentist in the future. She explained the after care and who I should contact if I was concerned.
As i said, it was an emergency appointment, but I was not rushed at all.

Excellent Dentist and reception staff
Only fault is make the waiting rooms more attractive. Reception staff is excellent, friendly, professional. Sanjay, dentist, best I've been to so far and his assistant is empathic and friendly. Lorraine, best hygienist l have had. Waiting time's a little long but qaulity dental care.

Efficient and comfortable
Came for a check-up, was a little nervous as I always am for the dentist but was put totally at ease. The check-up itself was quick and easy, and the dentist listened to my concerns about my wisdom teeth, discussed the options available, and took an x-ray to send on to be assessed. Overall I felt very comfortable and confident with her.
