I called in at St George's dental practice this morning to make an appointment about a problem I was having. I was given an emergency appointment right away, saw the dentist 10 minutes later, all fixed and sorted within half an hour! Fantastic treatment from everyone at St George's yet again.

My rating is for Kate, fantastic hygienist. I am a very nervous patient, always have been. Having explained this on my first appointment several years ago, she is so caring, so patient with my near panic attacks during my treatment. I have had an appointment this morning. After treatment Kate told me she is moving on with the company and it will be a different hygienist next time ☹️. I will miss her. Also when I made my next appointment it's with a different dentist. No continuity. Just when you become comfortable with a dentist they move on. .

I arrived at 11.50 for my 12 noon appointment. I checked in at reception. I wondered after 25 minutes why I was still waiting to be called through, and went to enquire, I was told that it would not be much longer. At 12.35 the dentist called my name and said I had not been booked in by the receptionist! This also meant that my 12.30 appointment with the hygienist was also delayed! I am annoyed that this happened through no fault of my own and hope it doesn’t happen again.
