Brilliant

Sanjay was brilliant. I’m not a good patient and was a little surprised when he told me that the work would take 50 mins. However, I shouldn’t have been worried. He did the work efficiently and I was so relaxed in his care that there was a point towards the end of the procedure that I almost fell asleep!!

My experience

It amazes me how on many times I have had to wait up to 25 minutes past my appointment time to be seen without any notice from your reception team yet when I am 8 minutes late there is a conversation about whether or not the hygienist can see me or not. If you want me to adhere to your rules then run your operation in the same manner!

Worth every penny

Lorraine had maintained the stability of my teeth through regular cleaning and monitoring along with my dentist who also made me a very good fitting denture paid for privately but worth every penny.

All relaxed and friendly

I was a little late due to parking and this was managed politely but without delaying my appointment. My appointments ran on time. Dental nurses, hygienist and dentist all relaxed and friendly which puts me at ease.
