Extremely good service

I have limited mobility but both the dentist and dental nurse were extremely helpful and understanding without making me feel a nuisance or rushed. The dentist was lovely and despite me having extremely sensitive teeth and gums the check up and xrays were painless. In fact the only negatives I found was access is hard for those with limited mobility ie: steps into the building and door not power assisted so was difficult to open whilst using crutches, also a television would be an idea to have in waiting room so not having to stare at walls whilst in there. Overall though extremely good service.

Put us all at ease

Reception staff were lovely. First time meeting Jennifer the dentist and she was lovely. Put us all at ease. Very approachable and she allowed me and my teenage children time to ask questions.
