Kind and empathic
The reception staff were warm and welcoming.
The dentist (Isaac) and his assistant were, kind and empathic. They made me feel relaxed, listened too, I felt Issac was interested in what I needed not selling me something for profit!

Staff are helpful and friendly
The friendliness, patience and understanding of the dentist. I am a very anxious patient and Sanjay put me at ease. He is also thorough explaining everything so I could comprehend and take it in whilst being nervous allowing me to double check and write anything down.
All the staff are helpful and friendly. The practice is welcoming, clean, easy to communicate with.

Superb service
Efficiency, excellent care, attention and clear information on procedures.
My hygienist Lorraine carried out quite a long and fairly complicated tooth repair, explaining her treatment and making me fully aware of any possible future occurrences regarding the tooth. The best part of this was no pain! The surgery staff are always so very pleasant and deal with any query I may have - superb service from the practice.

Safe in their care
Nathan is a wonderful dentist. He is a perfectionist with the most caring and efficient manner.
His nurse too is amazing. Any client will be safe in their care.
