My experience

Very good experience with my dentist Nathan however the check-in was not so good.
All three receptionists were chatting as I walked in. They then fell silent and stared at their screens still without acknowledging me. After an awkward minute or two one eventually asked if I was “all right”.
Some training needed in that area.

Made my children feel at ease

The Dentist explained every step of the treatment as he went on always checking for discomfort or pain during the process. I’ve always found him very professional and made my children feel at ease.

Excellent service

I was seen before the appointment time. The dentist was thorough and explained clearly my dental health and the treatment I required. A follow-up appointment was arranged for me immediately for next week. Excellent service.
