So lovely with my grandson

The friendliness and putting at ease of my dentist and her dental nurse. They are lovely to deal with. As a very nervous patient, it is the first time I have not been afraid to see the dentist. Her name is Jennifer and she was also so lovely with my grandson at his first treatment.

My experience

The receptionist on the desk was as miserable as sin both when booking in for my appointment and when checking out and paying, obviously not a morning person as it was 8:00am. I didn’t get her name but she sits off the far right when stood at the desk. The dentist assistant on the other hand was really welcoming with a very bright smile and lovely welcome.
