Real happy with the visit

When I got to the dentist the lady was very welcoming. Didn't have long to wait. The Dentist came down to get me. He was very kind and friendly. After the examination my dentist explained what needed to be done. No fillings thankfully. I'm going to have new dentures, the dentist explained all about them. Real happy with the visit. All staff very kind.

My experience

Receptionist was very helpful. The dental nurse was exceptionally nice and helpful, but the Dentist although being very efficient was rather offhand. Didn’t look up or speak to me when I came through the door didn’t even say hello or good morning. After saying this I am still very happy with the practice.

Always efficient and helpful

It's always a pleasure to have Lorraine treating me. She's pleasant and always efficient and helpful. I am lucky to have her and Jamie my dentist treating me. Also the reception staff are friendly and helpful. I think that says it all so well done.

Could not fault the staff

Went for a checkup, had a loose tooth, asked for it to be taken out, it was dealt with straight away with care, could not fault the staff so a big thank you.
