I was unhappy with this dental practice for a good while, looked for new dentists, but time got away from me so stayed put reluctantly. Based on my recent experiences I am happy that I did. I had to have a tooth extraction today - yay!! 🤔 Matt did the extraction. He was clear what was going to happen, operated efficiently and explained each step a few seconds in advance and went through follow up care instructions clearly. My appointment was at 8.50am. I was walking out by 9.15am, yet didn't feel rushed. All good👍

I just had my teeth sorted out by Nathan and his assistant Katie. They were both so professional and very helpful. With advice after my treatment. They both made sure I was comfortable during my treatment and after. The service was outstanding and I am very pleased with my treatment. I highly recommend them. Haven’t been to the dentist in a while. My experience today was great. I saw a new dentist (a young lad) probably the best dentist I have ever seen. He talked through everything professionally, didn’t just tell me not to drink sugary drinks and kick me out the door. I wasn’t belittled. I felt like I was being sold invisiline a little too much but I get they are a business and have to make money. It wasn’t pushed on me and I appreciated that. The girls on reception were friendly and approachable. All round good experience. Thank you.

Got an appointment on the day I had a bridge that was 16 years old was about to fail, leaving me with a embarrassing front tooth missing.
Sanjay fixed it like new, leaving me to carry on my day without the embarrassment of a missing tooth. Thank you so much.

After arriving on the right day (was a day early previous..memory like a sieve even though they texted me twice reminding me of the appointment) I checked in and was soon greeted pleasantly and shown to the room where I was told I was having hygiene treatment AND a fillling ! Which was a shock to me (more so my memory..see above).
The older I get (I’m only 42) the more the dentist seems daunting.
I put my big boy pants on, lay down, and was talked through every step professionally and carefully by Lorraine on the tools and Alice on hand providing the other necessaries. Now it’s been a while since my last treatment, COVID, and a bit of swerving by myself, but they seemed to breeze through the process and I stood up with a seemingly brand new set of gnashers !

Wonderful and considerate practice. Every member of staff there puts you at ease and as a very nervous patient they made my recent dental treatment as lovely as it could be . I've been petrified of the dentist my entire life , but I no longer am afraid to attend ! So thank you 😊 I believe my lovely dentist is called matt , but as my brain isn't what it used to be I could be mistaken so I apologise if ive gotten that wrong lol . I would highly recommend him to all nervous patients !

I’ve been with this practice since I was a baby on the NHS, however my dentist retired. I was a little apprehensive about having a new dentist, however Isaac is amazing. Just had 2 fillings today (I went private this time) to replace previous fillings and they look amazing, zero sensitivity and both done in under an hour with no pain or discomfort. I’d highly recommend Isaac if you’re looking for a new dentist.
