I have been with this practice for 20 yrs, I have always received amazing service , I do know the practice has struggled the past 2 yrs with covid and only 2 working dentists, so with trepidation I had to ring for an emergency appointment this morning for an infected tooth, I got thru immediately and was in the chair 2 hours later, the dentist was amazing he was so gentle I didn’t realise the tooth was gone, I’m pain free.now !!! so hopefully the problems are sorted and the service is back to the wonderful practice it’s always been.

I have in the last few weeks had 2 appointments to the dental practice. I was seen by dentist, Matt. He explained everything, was calming and reassuring as were the dental nurses. The receptionists were also pleasant. No complaints whatsoever. I had an appointment a year ago & the experience was not nearly as professional. Think it’s definitely improved.

I visited the dentist on 01/02/22 and had the best experience I've ever had. I was only waiting for about 2 minutes for my appointment, the dentist (I think his name was Lee) and dental assistant were very friendly and professional. The treatment was virtually painless and the dentist made sure that I was comfortable at all times and always explained what he was doing. Honestly I couldn't recommend him more! I've had no pain whatsover since the anaesthetic wore off. Thanks for such a positive expeirence- the music in the background was great and very calming too!

Really amazing dentist practice! Free parking around the corner! During lockdown these guys saved my front teeth unfortunately i was in a accident at the time and resulted in smashing my front teeth in half! These guys repaired and saved my smile! Cant believe some of the negative reviews below people need more patience in life. 5☆☆☆☆☆

Great service today, surgery managed to see me as an emergency on the same which I am extremely grateful for.
Reception staff communicated everything clearly, were welcoming and kind.
The dentist that reviewed me was just lovely, communicated everything really clearly and very supportive of my nervous disposition.
All staff that came to call patients from the waiting area seemed approachable and friendly.
The surgery seems in a much better place than it was months backs.... Great to see 👍😁😁 long may it last 👍

Have been coming here for over 25 years for routine check ups, to see the hygenist, orthodontist and to have procedures done. Have been excellent everytime, can not fault them. All Dentists and Receptionists very friendly and never a long wait to be seen. My son also attends and never had any issues.
