Called for an emergency appointment due to being in quite severe pain from a broken wisdom tooth. Receptionist was very polite and arranged for me to be seen the same day at 12:30. Luckily enough i saw my own dentist who was very understanding and patiently explained my options. After ensuring my tooth was numbed she attempted an extraction but sadly the nerve was causing pain. Decided not to carry on and the tooth was packed out. Will be attempting removal in a few weeks time if nerve damage settles... fingers crossed!

Both me and my wife have been patients for over 10 years and very pleased with the treatment and service.
However the practice as recently introduced a new automated tel service and on several occasions we have had problems getting through to reception and resorted to calling at the surgery, l sincerely hope this is a teething !! problem.
I will have to visit the surgery again tomorrow to sort out my revised appointment.

Just recently I had root canal treatment with Dr Fender after suffering from years of mis-treatment from my regular dentists.
I was a private patient, so I cannot comment on NHS or Dental plan treatments, but I had a very good experience overall with this practice and restored my faith in the field of dentistry.

Good practice-kind dentists
I have attended St Georges Dental Practice for 3 years-it is a very friendly dental practice (much nicer than my previous NHS practice)
-they have seen my son as an emergency on the NHS even though they were full as he had a bad toothache
I would like to recommend it highly.
