Jenny is so friendly and professional. She puts you ar ease immediately and talks you through every stage of your treatment. She's calm and very understanding. Jenny's dental nurse is lovely and very efficient at her job.

Made me feel at ease
I came to the practice full of nerves and embarrassment but after speaking to Anthony, he made me feel at ease and reassured me that every issue I had was fixable. All the anxiety went and it was quite a pleasant experience. I now have a rough plan going forward and his recommendations to book in with a smile specialist is going to be arranged.
Every member of staff that I interacted with was very nice and the practice was clean and tidy.
Parking at the front was fine as we got a spot but it is only for an hour.

My appointment was on time and all of my options for further work fully explained. I was not pressured to make any decision but rather was encouraged to consider what had been said and to call the surgery to confirm my decision in my own time

A pleasant experience
I was seen on time. The dentist was very pleasant and very professional, explained everything. Gave me plenty of opportunity to ask questions. The nurse was lovely, the waiting area and surgery room were very clean. A pleasant experience overall. Thank you.

A thorough examination
I received a thorough examination and explanation of the condition of my teeth. It was explained to me in terms I understood. Overall it was a pleasant experience, not an ordeal as in years past. ( long time ago ).
