The receptionist was very welcoming, polite and friendly. She was also very helpful when booking further appointments. The hygienist I saw was brilliant. She put me at ease and explained everything, including advice when appropriate. I am very happy with today's visit.

I am struggling with a bad back at the moment and really couldn't manage the stairs. Matthew and Lorraine found a ground floor surgery for me. This was a very thoughtful thing to do and I was very grateful.
