I booked my appointment a couple of weeks ago as I had a loose tooth and was due for a checkup. Booking was ok, although the receptionist was unsure if the dentist would extract my tooth on this appointment, which I thought was strange, as that was why I was booking it. I attended as arranged and the dentist could not have been nicer. She immediately said she would take the tooth out for me. This was done painlessly and efficiently, with no problems.

All staff were polite helpful and professional. The dentist Sophie Claydon was exceptional and took time to explain a difficulty I had until I really understood the options available to me and was able to make an informed decision. =
