My appointment was on time
Seen on time by Ash my dentist, and my second appointment was on time as well for Loraine, my hygienist. Both were professional, spent time discussing my dental health and future options.

Staff are pleasant and helpful
As for previous appointments, I was seen within 10 minutes of appointment time. All staff are pleasant and helpful. It is so nice to have seen the same dentist on each of my visits. I feel confident to attend the dentist now. The practice is bright & clean.

The check went well
Appointment was on time. Lovely dentist, sorry I didn't catch her name, collected me from the waiting room. Observed that I had mobility problems, and thoughtfully asked if I would like her to update my record with a request for a downstairs surgery. The check went well, she was gentle and explained what she was doing throughout.

Had a re-filling of a previous filling from February. Was treated really well, Dentist polite and cheerful along with her assistant at all times. I was relaxed which I didn’t think I would be, this was thanks to them both. Thank you
