I absolutely love Dr Safaa Salim Valli and her nurses. I despise the dentist, she makes you calm and is so nice as are her nurses. She’s a credit to the Surgery.

Very good experience with recent root canal treatment. Every step was explained and good advice given about recovery. I haven’t experienced any pain or discomfort either during the procedure or afterwards.

I came to see Safaa Salim Valli today. She is the most professional, inspirational woman I have met for a long time. Last year, she gave me good advice, which I followed and this visit was as if I had only spoken to her yesterday. Such a lovely person. I have worked in the past with many medical professionals and she is one of the best. Keep her close in your practice. She is a real asset. Thank you very much for your care today. We have a plan for a teeth whitening session after I have been seen by Max Fax at the hospital in Liverpool! Thank you.

I was treated with dignity

I attended my dental appointment today. Safaa Salim Valli and her dental nurse colleague were very professional, respectful and caring towards me. I was treated with dignity and respect.
They both demonstrated empathy and understanding regarding my disability.

Overall; outstanding service, I would definitely recommend their service. Most of all the advice given previously on my last dental checkup appointment conveyed by Safaa improved dental outcome. I felt very confident and happy with my treatment and advice given.
I sincerely thank you both again.
