My experience
Disappointed that after 49 years and never missing an appointment I have been informed that going forward all treatment must be paid for on booking the next course of treatment. As I’m paid weekly and with the cost of living I save the money aside for the future appointment knowing the cost in advance, after the change I won’t be able to budget properly for my treatment and worry now that I may need to lose treatment as I don't have the funds upfront.

Great Dentist
Had a filling with Dr Sohpie Claydon and a nurse. Main point is that I've had no pain during or after. Dr Claydon is a great dentist and lovely to talk to. I was made to feel comfortable and felt like I could ask any questions about my treatment. My decision to not have adrenaline in my local anesthetic was totally respected which meant I didn't crash as much afterwards and it sped up recovery time for me (ME/CFS). This made it a lot less stressful for me because I've had to put up a bit of a battle for adrenaline free in the past. It was a professional, calm and friendly environment. The relationship between Dentist and Dental nurse was also good. It seemed equal and cooperative as they were working together really well. I've seen dentists treat their nurses badly in the past so it was refreshing and reassuring to see. I'm now a lot less nervous about receiving dental treatment in the future. I wish them all the best.

Amazing
I was looked after by Sophie and her nurse today after an initial appointment check few weeks ago. It was then time for treatment. I was so anxious but after a filling, clean and a tooth removed, all done within 40 mins, just amazing and felt so relaxed during it all. Thank you Sophie for being so kind and patient.
