St Georges Dental Practice
Appointment start time - waited half an hour past when the appointment should have been.
Appointment - NHS dentist was nice, kind, supportive and quick. I liked her. X ray taken, results to be discussed at next appointment.
Pretty standard stuff. I give the wait time a thumbs down but the dentist two thumbs up!

I could not have been happier
Friendly and helpful receptionist was a lovely welcome. The dentist I saw was incredibly professional, she very much put me at ease and was brilliant at explaining what she was doing and why. I could not have been happier with the service I received today.

Absolutely amazing
First time visit and a nice, comfortable experience, the girls on reception are helpful and friendly, very happy with Sarah and absolutely amazing!! Sarah and her assistant, they were so nice, friendly and professional, very happy with the treatment plan. Never liked dentist visits all my life and I'm 58, and now really looking forward to the treatment I'm going to receive from the girls, thanks Sarah and the team

I felt relaxed and reassured
I was seen very quickly from arrival, the dentist was so nice and understanding of my fears also helpful and honest in discussing improvement of my teeth and their age.
I felt relaxed and reassured after not having seen a dentist since before COVID.

Emergency appointment
I managed to get an emergency appointment due to bad toothache and going on holiday in 2 days. I was seen by Safaa Valli and her assistant (can’t remember name maybe Lynn?) after an examination of teeth it was suggested I had an infection. I was given anti biotics (that I can drink on while away) and told if still issues to book back in on my return.. answered all questions that I asked thoroughly putting my mind at rest… very satisfied with the experience

My experience
My appointment with dentist yesterday 17/02/25 went ok
My only problem was trying to book appointment with hygienist. l asked for an appointment either a Monday or after 6.30 if another day
As I work Tuesday to Friday until 6pm
The receptionist offered me a couple of different appointments none of which were for any of these options eventually she gave me one for a Tuesday at 5.30
